"EastEnders' actress Sian Blake's boyfriend has finally confessed to killing her and their two kids.

Attorney for Blake's boyfriend told the Old Bailey court that his client, Arthur Simpson-Kent, admitted to murdering the British actress and their children. The hairdresser is yet to enter a formal plea.

According to Simpson-Kent's lawyer, he will admit the killings during his trial in October. A post-mortem evaluation showed that the actress and her two kids, Zachary, 8, and Amon, 4, died of neck and head injuries, according to The Wrap.

"He admits the killings. There is no objection to that being reported," barrister for Simpson-Kent told the Daily Mail.

Blake's boyfriend escaped and fled to Ghana after allegedly killing the actress and the kids. Their bodies were recovered in a shallow grave at the back of their house's garden on Jan. 5, three weeks after their disappearance. They were reported missing since Dec. 16, BBC claimed. The following month, Simpson-Kent was arrested in Ghana. He was extradited there and was returned to the U.K. in February. The hairdresser was charged with three counts of murder after his arrest at Heathrow Airport.

Blake was diagnosed with a motor neuron disease before she was murdered. She was well known for her role in "EastEnders" where she played the role of Frankie Pierre. She starred in the TV series in 56 episodes from 1996 to 1997 before she quit the show. The actress also appeared in British TV dramas, including "Skins," TV movie, "May 33rd" and the film "Siberia" in 1998.

Reports revealed that police were notified of domestic violence before Blake and her kids disappeared. There was also a report saying that the late actress told her mother, Pansy, that she wanted to get out of the relationship for a very long time. Blake's boyfriend is set to enter a plea on July. 29.
