Now that there are more believable bits and pieces about the game, fans are certainly to be rendered excited over what has been recently announced by Square Enix themselves. Such news will surely make the Square Enix patrons immensely nostalgic.

According to Design and Trend, recent information leaks state that there will be two returning characters that Square Enix fans are more than familiar to hear about. One of which is Cloud Strife, and was teased by its voice actor, Steve Burton via his social media post.

As per Parent Herald, one more immensely intriguing rumor is the return of the all-time unforgettable antagonist to Cloud Strife himself, Sephiroth. As the two characters have not collided against each other for the longest time, fans are still hoping for the said character to make his utmost return to the public. But as of the moment, no response has come from the developer so far as to whether he is to be brought back once more, though the chances are considerably high since Sephiroth is also voiced by Steve Burton himself.

It was noted by Gospel Herald that Kingdom Hearts 3 is rumored to be heard of by September 30th of the year, alongside Final Fantasy XV. This is still to be taken as a grain of salt for the time being, though fans critically believe that Square Enix may attempt to launch all the big things coming to the company all at once.

For the time being, Kingdom Hearts 3 revolves around Sora's adventures, with Disney's Donald and Goofy as the characters to trek by his side. Recently, fans have debated on the possible Disney franchises that might make the cut, such as Jungle Book, Finding Nemo and The Incredibles. Stay tuned for more Kingdom Hearts 3 news.
