EA's Need for Speed: Most Wanted has been around for the better part of four years since it was launched last 2012. As the game has established a handful of good standards for the electronic car racing industry, a certain move made for and by the company may be what's best for the remaining term of the business.

According to PC Gamer, Need for Speed: Most Wanted was noted for its great quality over the past four years, making a new era for the franchise. With a strong consistent online component before being the last developed the renowned racing studio Criterion Games, Need for Speed: Most Wanted announced a big game changer that seemed rather interesting.

As per PC World, EA is currently on a promotional run, namely the On the House program, which includes Need for Speed: Most Wanted as one of the featured titles to be given for free. The game is currently available for free on Origin, given that the gamer is willing to sign up for an account. EA's On the House promotion is a limited-time offer, meaning that those who are to get the title will have it for good, but are suggested to make haste before EA pulls the plug.

Latin Post delivered that EA's Need for Speed: Most Wanted is not the last in the series but can be remembered to be the last of which Criterion Games will most preferably contribute to the series. An upcoming expansion by Ghost Games, the Need for Speed reboot, is of a different orientation to the franchise but is expected to deliver in great quality that may even surpass the 2012 title.

Origin has not disclosed facts on how long the said free download privilege will last. This pushes the gamers who wish to get Need for Speed: Most Wanted for free to be hasty in acquiring it. Stay tuned for more updates on EA and Criterion Games' racing masterpiece.
