‘Gilmore Girls’ Revival Update, Spoilers: Lorelai gets returning companion; Will Christopher Hayden have a complete arc?

By

Fans will now have the epic chance to revisit the Stars Hollow after the very long 9 years after Netflix made an announcement of 'Gilmore Girls' Revival. Latest update reveals that Lorelai retrieves her best buddy, Paul Anka, in the middle of rough patch. Diehard fans and loyalists also insist Christopher Hayden to have his complete arc.

The famous character in the beloved series 'Gilmore Girls' will be returning. Along with other vets, Lorelai's mutt Paul Anka has been enlisted to appear in the four episode narrative twist.

According to TVLine, Paul Anka will still make cameos even after 9 years (or 63 years for dogs) since the finale. As recalled, Lorelai adopted the faithful dog during the time when she and her daughter Rory were going through some rough times. The dog had been a big help for Lorelai. And during the series ending, Paul Anka never left Lorelai at her side.

Aside from her dog, Lorelai's ex husband will also appear in 'Gilmore Girls' revival. Christopher Hayden, played by actor David Sutcliffe, might return to Lorelai's life to cause more headaches, as per CrossMap.

The news of Sutcliffe's return to the series has even sparked interest for quite a lot of fans. In fact, Junkee suggested that Rory's father should have a complete arc when the show returns in Netflix. As per site, the upcoming revival should also focus on the story when Christopher left Lorelai and how he appeared in the following seasons with great levels of maturity.

On the other hand, 'Gilmore Girls' revival will encompass the 4 seasons (winter, spring, summer and fall) in each 90-minute episode. The 4 series episode is being made into a "mini-movies", produced by Dorothy Parker Drank Here Productions in association with Warner Bros.

Are you excited to see the beloved Paul Anka? Do you also hope for Christopher Hayden's complete arc? Share us your thoughts for the upcoming 'Gilmore Girls' revival in Netflix.
