Sons of Anarchy Spin-Off titled 'The First 9' begins production; Brad Pitt, Charlie Hunnam star in prequel movie

The hit series Sons of Anarchy involving bike gangs and swift justice to have its spin-off and a prequel movie. Cast will hold a reunion from 27 to 29 May in Houston.

The rumored spin off is enough to make sure that the fanbase of the Harley Davidson riding thugs series, Sons of Anarchy, is given its needed dose of hardhitting drama. The viewers may not rejoice yet as the spin-off is reportedly to be portrayed by different line of actors.

The spin off entitled The First 9, according to Yibada, revolves on the Mayans making its turf a haven for heroin shooting junkies involving transactions, production, and transfers of the drug and making a lot of dough from its white slavery ring. Currently, production has started under the FX studios.

Samcro will be highlighted in the spin-off, The First 9. The series promises tons of action, shotguns, and a lot of drugs and women too. It is described as a perfect soap opera for men.

This 27th to 29th of May, the whole Sons of Anarchy cast will be reunited in Houston, Texas. Parent Herald posted that the Sons of anarchy creator Kurt Sutter might take the opportunity to officially announce to its loyal fans the stars of the upcoming prequel movie and spin-off. Charlie Hunnam has a big potential of reclaiming his role in the hit television series spin off. Rumored to join the prequel movie is actor Brad Pitt but there are no details yet on his role.

While fans all over is raving for its release, some are not really optimistic with the concept of its spin-off. Kurt Sutter is undoubtedly one of the best creative minds in the industry but he might have to rethink on this idea. It's already anticipated that what will be see in that series is just a mash up of the original Sons of Anarchy, News for Shoppers claimed.
