Sherlock Season 4 to premiere around Jan. 2017; 2 character deaths possible, Tom Hiddleston as third Holmes brother?

Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson will continue to solve mysteries in South Wales and Wentloog for Sherlock Season 4. A more serious and grim fourth season starring Loki's Tom Hiddleston who will play Holme's third brother. Fourth season teases on death of Mary Morstan and another major character.

Excited viewers can now get more excited as Sherlock Season 4 has started shooting in South Wales and Wentloog opposite to earlier news that production will start in April. Series showrunner Steven Moffat teased that Sherlock will premiere its fourth season sometime in January of 2017, Den of Geek published. He added that Season 4 will be more about results of the past and it will be more emotional compared from the previous three seasons.

The devastating Season 4 of Sherlock could root from Mary Mortsan's (Amanda Abbington) death, iDigital Times posted. However, the source also mentioned that the show is unlikely to kill a vital female character. Moffat also suggested that the devastating twist will come from a major character death, as to who, fans theorized that it could be one of Sherlock's family member or Mrs. Hudson (Una Stubbs)

A brighter side for Sherlock Season 3 is the potential arrival of yet another well-known actor in the list of cast. Youth Health Magazine reported that Tom Hiddleston (Loki in The Avengers and Thor) is enlisted to play as one of Sherlock's brothers. The arrival of the third Holmes brother indicates that fourth season will highlight Sherlock's family background.

While production is ongoing and January 2017 release date is still months away, Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter will be available in different platforms of gaming consoles. The seventh version of the detective game consists of five mystery cases all located in London involving dark forces and revenge.
