A family from Munford, Tennessee was being sued by an infamous former federal prisoner after they had won the Powerball Lottery jackpot.

According to NBC4i, John and Lisa Robinson were one of the winners of the $1.6 Billion Powerball jackpot who appeared on the "Today Show" before they had claimed their share of the prize. They were later on sued by a former federal inmate who claimed to have given their daughter $20 from his prison trust fund account which they had used for the Powerball Lottery.

Jonathan Lee "Jihadi Schitz" Riches, according to the Inquistr, sued the Robinson's on January 25, 2016. He alleged to have been in contact with the Robinson's and their daughter, Tiffany, while serving jail time through his official Facebook page. He also claimed that Tiffany was a fan of his where she wrote letters to him while he was in prison and had even said she wanted to marry him when he finally gets out of jail.

Jonathan Lee Riches stated in his filed lawsuit that he was now out of prison and homeless, thus, half of the Robinson's winnings should be given to him as they had promised him and he also wanted to have a prohibition and restraining order as he was the real winner of the Powerball Lottery. He had sued the Robinsons', their daughter Tiffany, the Multi- State Lottery Association, and Powerball.

In a report from Heavy, the handwritten lawsuit stated Riches' claim that if the Robinsons would win he was going to make their daughter, Tiffany, his Muslim bride and that they were going to live in a far- off island with a chock- full of milk and honey. He had also claimed that the $20 money he gave to the Robinsons' daughter was from his prison trust fund account. The Robinsons could not afford to buy a Powerball Lottery ticket so he gave her the money, as Riches' claimed.

Riches also stated in his handwritten lawsuit that when he saw that the Robinsons had won the Powerball Lottery on television, he tried to contact Tiffany but she had changed her mobile number. According to Riches in his lawsuit, the Robinsons cause him psychological and emotional distress because of the situation.

The claimant was also known for his filed fortuitous lawsuits against famous personalities. Anne Hathaway was once sued by Riches for not visiting him while he was in prison. The lawsuit he filed against the Powerball Lottery winners caused many discussions on the safety and security of the lottery winners.
