Lenovo K5 Specs, Release Date: Cheap smartphone with powerful specs, additional impressive features

Chinese mobile company Lenovo has released the Lenovo K5 just this month. It is priced nearly the same as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and the Meizu Metal.

This is Lenovo's strategy on making the K5 hit the hearts of the budget- concerned consumers out there, but its specs are not cheap as its price. The K5 will feature a 5.5 inch full HD display. The home screen, multi window button and back button is located just below the screen. Color ways for the K5 are yellow and white.

According to Gadget 360, the K5 will be powered by a 64- bit octa-core Helio P10 chipset and will clock at around 1.8 GHz. It will utilize Androids 5.1 Lollipop. For multi-tasking and switching from one application to the other, it will have a 2GB Random Access Memory and a 16GB internal memory with and an additional of 32GB of external storage.

For camera lover, the K5 will sport a 13-MP auto focus rear camera with dual LED flash making low light photography easy for that night clicker sessions. On the front, it will have an 8MP shooter which comes in handy for a selfie and video calling. For power, it will have a 4000mAh battery, big enough to get you through the day with just a single charge. Not to mention that it has a program for quick charging, helpful when you're always on the go.

Additional features of for the impressive Lenovo K5 includes accelerometer, proximity light sensor, magnetometer, and ambient light sensor. To some hardcore gizmo fanatics, the specs of the Lenovo K5 is just nothing but ordinary but what Lenovo did with the price point is excellent. With the stiff competition around the mobile industry, Lenovo just found a way to tickle the consuming public. The company made the price low and the specs high, now who wouldn't bite on to that.
