Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderamma's romance is considered to be one of Hollywood's most celebrated, and Lovato commemorated their 6-year affair with a couple of posts on her Instagram account.

Ever since pop star, Demi Lovato, and actor, Wilmer Valderamma, got together, their fans have always expressed support and cheer. The 23-year-old singer and 35-year-old actor first dated in 2010, and on Monday, Lovato posted a black and white photo of them nestled on bed with a caption "6" and a heart emoticon.

Moments later, Lovato posted a collage that commemorated their romance, showing a photo representing each year that they are together. The photos show the couple being on holiday, being sweet to each other, and even wrapped on blankets being cozy with each other.

Lovato started dating Valderamma at a young age, and their relationship had its ups and downs. In a report by Cosmopolitan, Lovato remembered how they used to split up as it endured struggles mostly on her part.

"We started dating when I turned 18... Right after that, I went to rehab. People told him, 'you should probably leave. She's on a spiral, and you're going to be sucked down with it.' But he was like 'I'm not leaving. This is somebody I really care about," said Lovato to Cosmopolitan.

Valderamma was also known to be one of the reasons why Lovato was able to rise through her eating disorders.

"I almost went back to rehab for my eating disorder last summer. I was obsessing over food and terrified of it at the same time. Wilmer [Valderrama] noticed and called me out on it, which was a relief. I was done being afraid of food and so tired of overeating and not knowing why I did it. Now I'm on a structured meal plan. I eat four small meals and two snacks a day. It's teaching me portion control," explains the singer in an interview with Fitness Magazine.
