Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend, Calvin Klein model Gabriel Aubry, reached a settlement Thursday evening over the Thanksgiving fight between Aubry and Berry's fiancé Oliver Martinez.

The 46-year-old actress told the L.A. Times, her ex made "verbal threats, caused physical harm to the child's mother and Martinez."

The lawyers of Berry and Aubry, Blair Berk and Shawn Holley respectively, released a statement indicating, "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter," as reported by The New York Post.

According to reports, the two parties also reached an "amicable agreement" in respect to the custody of their daughter.
