‘The X-Files’ Update: Series comeback confirmed; New twist in plotlines revealed by showrunners

The series that once captivated the world with its unique plotline and thrilling storyline returns. None other than Fox confirms that 'The X-Files' comeback is imminent. Furthermore, showrunners of the series even relayed how new twist and turns are embedded in its plotlines.

The year is almost ending and yet fans and followers of the much-loved thriller series, 'The X-Files' returns for a renewal. According to Wired, the series would entail a six-part mini-series as well as embedding new and altered scenes.

In addition, the comeback would bring familiar places, familiar cast as well as the familiar tune that captivated the whole world. The fans may have to wait a bit because the limited series episodes of the 'The X-Files' are expected to be aired on Fox on Jan. 24, 2016.
