Drama and tension just keep building up between the stars of "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta."

Just recently, reports revealed that former cast member Benzino is now threatening to file a defamation lawsuit against former best friend and co-star Stevie J and his wife Joseline Hernandez.

According to Fashion & Style, Wetpaint reported that Benzino wrote his legal threats on Twitter following the accusations that Stevie J made regarding the rapper's sacking from the show.

"I'm a terrorist now? these people are so delusional & the biggest LIARS out here, we ain't on the show & they still need us for storyline," Benzino wrote on Twitter.

"Think about it, did @VH1 say I got fired for making Death threats? NO! These are very harmful allegations, looks like a DEFAMATION LAWSUIT," he stated in another post.

The threats of lawsuit came after Stevie J claimed that Benzino was fired from the show after he issued death threats to the producers, cast and crew of the show.

TMZ reported that Stevie J claimed that Benzino threatened the lives of everyone, including him and his wife Joseline Hernandez, after the brawl that happened during a reunion taping of the reality series in season 3.

"He said flat out he was going to kill us," Stevie J told the site.

The fight also involved Benzino's fiancé, Althea Heart, who was also fired from the show after the incident.

However, the site reported that Benzino denied the accusations being thrown at him by his former co-star. "Stevie J is a habitual liar and VH1 has never given me a reason for being fired," Benzino told TMZ.

"They wanted to keep the crackhead whore," he continued, claiming that he was only used as a scapegoat by the producers of the show.

Though Benzino and Althea may not be appearing in season 4 of "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta," it appears that their connection will still continue with all the drama and legal antics that are involving them.
