Porn star and Duke University student Miriam Weeks is now telling her story in the documentary series "Becoming Belle Knox."

The series, produced by Conde Nast, is being broadcast on the digital site, The Scene.

The series will portray Weeks as a sweet, young woman that is struggling with her identities as a student and a sex worker. It will be broken down into five chapters with titles like "#pornstarproblems," and "How to Hustle in the Sex Industry."

Last Tuesday, the site uploaded the first episode of Chapter 1 of the series. It was entitled "I Google How To Be a Porn Star."

On the clip, she talked about her younger teenage days wherein she admitted that she had a hard time finding her place in the school.

"I never really fit in in high school. I was a nerd, and I was a captain on my debate team. Even guys who I really liked wouldn't give me the time of day. I was not known for being promiscuous and I kept to myself and I was quiet," Weeks said.

Weeks made headlines when it was revealed that she was doing porn under the screen name Belle Knox.

Fox News reported that Weeks said that it was Conde Nast that approached her with the concept.

"I was approached by Conde Nast about doing a documentary about my life. I feel like with my story there are a lot of misunderstandings about who I am, and nuances about being a student and a sex worker," Weeks told Fox.

She continued, "The documentary really humanizes me. I'm proof that porn stars can be real people."

"Becoming Belle Knox" will be giving a glimpse on the world of sex workers, showing everything from Weeks getting tested for STDS to the struggle of being cyberbullied and attending school.

Meanwhile, Knox admitted that the thin line between the adult entertainment industry and mainstream media is blurring, with Kim Kardashian's success as a proof.

"I think that barriers are breaking down. It would be amazing (to be on the cover of Vogue)! I think some day we can get to that point. Newer and newer opportunities are opening," shared Knox.
