A Disney Channel show dubbed "Violetta" is accused of plagiarism after releasing the track entitled "Queen of the Dancefloor" for the show's third season. The song in question was reportedly similar to the song "Come Back Again," the debut cut of Korean pop band Infinite.

While there is still no confirmation on whether the sound track was indeed copied or not, people in the Internet have noticed the two songs' similarities. Reports suggested that the composition of Disney Argentina's "Queen of the Dancefloor" is remarkably identical to the song of Infinite, most particularly on the first part, refrain, and chorus of the track. According to reports from fan blog Infinite7Soul, the formatting of vocals was also observed to be strikingly the same as the Kpop band's song.

It is not the first time that Disney Channel was placed in the limelight for allegedly plagiarizing and copying a Korean pop group's track. It could be recalled that the network also faced the same situation after being accused of copying the song "Juliette," popularized by the Kpop band SHINee. The song also allegedly displayed a notable similarity to Disney's song "Deal With It." The said track was interpreted by Disney star Corbin Bleu for his debut album, "Another Side."

The talent agency of the group Infinite, Woolim Entertainment, is said to be careful with its steps in addressing the issue. "We need to contact the composer and closely listen to the song's interpretation before taking any further actions," said a representative of the agency.

There is no confirmation made on whether SM Entertainment, the handler of Super Junior and SHINee, is aware of this pressing issue.

Several of Disney Argentina's songs have also been noticed by Kpop fans to have similarities with songs of various Korean pop bands. It has been claimed that Disney's track "Euforia" sounded very similar to "Dream Girl" by SHInee. The track "Voy Por Ti," which was also used for "Violetta" is also allegedly identical to the hit Super Junior song "Sorry Sorry."

Meanwhile, Infinite appeared to have not cared about the plagiarism issues. The members of the group are currently busy with the promotions of their newest album "Be Back," featuring the main track entitled "Back."
