Will the original 'Glee' cast reunite in the series finale?

As the hit Fox TV series "Glee" is slated to return for its sixth and final season, people are becoming more and more curious about who will be casted for its comeback. To keep you posted, here bits and pieces about your favorite musical TV show.

It appears like the original members of the cast will make their comeback for "Glee" Season 6. In a Twitter question posted in April by Ryan Kane asking "Glee" co-creator Ryan Murphy if "Jayma, Dianna, Dot, etc." will be returning for even an episode or two next season, Murphy boldy said "Absolutely."

Murphy also noted that the final season of the globally renowned series is open for original cast members who wish to come back.

"We are going to do a time jump, and my feeling about the last season of "Glee" is very clear, and that is that we have, or we will be, reaching out to all the regulars on the show - the original group of glee club members and teachers, and anyone who wants to come back," Ryan Murphy told reporters of TV Line. Anyone who wants to be a part of the show, we welcome them."

Reports also suggest that the return of the show will temporarily be put on hold due to a issues concerning the members of the cast particularly the feud between the lead star Leah Michele, who plays the role of Rachel Berry, and Naya Rivera who plays Santana.

Chris Colfer, who plays Kurt in the series, also has his fair share of controversy. Rumors about Chris' expulsion from the TV show have instantly spread like wildfire in Twitter universe after the actor tweeted that he was fired from "Glee." However, it turned out that Chris' Twitter account was hacked and it was not him who posted the controversial statement. Fox also dispelled the rumor and confirmed that he will return for the final season.

Moreover, the production team, including Ryan Murphy, is having a hard time developing the character of Rachel for the final season after the tragic demise of Leah Michel's on and off-screen partner, Cory Monteith, who played the role of Fin. Murphy said that the entire team had to come up with a new plot on how to end the story of Rachel.

"I've said it before, and it was even in Cory's eulogy, but that was the ending of the show for me, these two star-crossed lovers having a happy ending and both getting their dreams," Murphy explained. "So the fact that that can't be is a big pain in all of our hearts. We have to pause and think, 'What are we going to do with Rachel?'"

Neither the members of cast nor Murphy has revealed the setting for Season 6. Speculations however suggest that it will be set in Los Angeles as it is the place where Rachel last went to in the finale of Season 5.
