Airing tonight on Wednesday, July 16, "Suits" season 4, episode 5 entitled "Pound of Flesh" will feature the impending retirement of Louise Litt, while Rachel will nearly succumb to the increasing pressure from her work.

It could be seen in the teaser promo of "Suits" season 4, episode 5 that Louis Litt is talking to someone, saying "I'm retiring." In episode 4, Mike was able to one-up Litt twice, which led to a disappointed Harvey.

"Suits" creator Aaron Korsh however said that Louis Litt will continuously prove himself as a "capable lawyer" with huge clout on the firm in Season 4.

"He's going to have a ton of ups and downs. He's going to have some great scenes with everybody. He's going to have some heartfelt scenes. He's going to have some victories, some defeats. Louis really has a lot in store for him this year," said Korsh.

Louis will also help Donna in season 4's episode for a major role, as she urges him to confront his fears.

Dishing out more spoilers for season 4, episode 5 of "Suits," the teaser shows Mike and Harvey's persistent fight. In the clip, Mike tells Harvey to "walk away" as he is just going to lose.

However, it is reported that the Mike-against-Harvey story line will not going to be permanent for the duration of the entire season 4. While some fans embrace the concept of teacher-versus-student clash, some of them are also displeased by the confrontations.

Meanwhile, pressure will take over Rachel's career, as Harvey Specter, her boss, asks her to carry out a task which she will later on regret. Harvey justifies his request by telling Rachel not to break the law, but to simply "sidestep" it.

"Nobody is asking you to break the Law," Harvey explains to Rachel. "We are telling you to sidestep it."
