The much anticipated Season 2, Episode 4 of Telltale Games' "The Walking Dead" entitled "Amid the Ruins" is almost within reach, as the epic game adaptation is set to be released later this month.

Job Stauffer, PR Director of Telltale Games, confirmed in a tweet that "The Walking Dead: Amid the Ruins" will be available this month and further updates will be announced in the coming weeks. 

Excitement among the fans even more heightened as the renowned game developer also released a pair of screenshots from Episode 4 of "The Walking Dead" Season 2.

Both screen captures of the game series' newest episode are centered on Clementine. The first photo shows her, joined by a party of gun-wielding people, who are apparently involved in a gunpoint confrontation with unidentified assailants. The second bares a bloody, terrified Clem, defending herself from a horde of flesh-craving walkers.

In addition to the screen-captured photos, the trailer for "The Walking Dead: Amid the Ruins" is now also available. The teaser clip unveiled the highlights, including spoilers, which will definitely arouse the curiosity of the fans.

The released promotional video of the game hinted that Clementine, along with her group, is taken under the custody and command of a malicious human force. The development of the story will hugely rely on the decisions that Clem will make.

Reports about a main character meeting an untimely demise in "Amid the Ruins" are also circulating in the new media platform. "The Walking Dead" has always been notorious for deaths, as the game involves abrupt decision making that typically saves the life of one character, while sacrificing another.

Originally based from the hit series of Image Comics, "The Walking Dead" walks around humanity's struggle to survive while the hungry, flesh-tearing undead have overrun the world. Witnessing her parents devoured by the vicious zombies, Clementine, a mere little girl, learns what it takes to stay alive.
