On Tuesday, a judge had enforced the demand of complainant Dawn Simorangkir, which orders singer Courtney Love to pay the remaining balance of her defamation settlement with the fashion designer. Love decided to settle Simorangkir's defamation case against the former for nearly $450,000 when the wife of the late Kurt Cobain made a series of insults on Twitter.

The Hollywood Reporter said Love made the first five payments of $50,000 each, but failed to make the last one, which was due last January. Simorangkir's attorney reportedly filed a motion for the court to enforce his client's claim against the actress. The judge decided to rule in favor of Simorangkir, of whom Love is directed to pay $95,714.20.

Simorangkir is reportedly not done with the Hole lead singer. According to THR, the fashion designer is currently pursuing another legal claim against Love, this time over her remarks the latter made on Pinterest and the Howard Stern radio show on Sirius FM.

"Simorangkir has again found herself to be a target of Love's obsessive behavior, this time on Pinterest, a popular social media website...In narcissistic fashion, Love flagrantly taunted Simorangkir about Love's power and influence: 'oh wait i have 5500 followers you have what? a few hundred on pintersst (sic), hmmm dawn wonder why, oh right im me,'" Simorangkir's second lawsuit read.

Love also allegedly wrote that Simorangkir purportedly stole 36 bags of clothes that was caught on closed circuit cameras and 36 bags of the former's textiles and designs the latter is still currently using.

Love, on the other hand, has filed an anti-SLAPP motion, citing that Simorangkir will not be able to win the case. However, the presiding judge has rejected Love's motion, THR said. The lawsuit, which is currently on motion, may explore First Amendment coverage on social media statements by celebrities, for one, the entertainment news site added.
