The Taxpayer Bill of Rights is a single subject for referendum, Colorado Supreme Court Rules

The Supreme Court of the State of Colorado ruled on Monday that an initiative to repeal the Taxpayer Bill of Rights ("TABOR") is a single subject that can be voted on in one referendum.

The case arose when the Title Board declined "to set a title for proposed Initiative 2019-2020 #3", which would be asking people in the state of Colorado to repeal TABOR. The Title Board "declined to set a title for this initiative because it concluded that the initiative did not constitute a single subject as required by the Colorado Constitution."
