The Trump Executive Order created tension between President Trump and the Federal Court, but it also gave way for several states to go against Court rules too. President Trump undoubtedly sparked a flare between him and the Federal Court.

Trump's Executive Order cost the President dozens of civil rights lawsuits, not to mention the Federal Court whom are not in favor of the travel ban. While President Trump continues to wrestle with the Federal Court, other states are starting to do the same thing.

According to The Washington Post, multiple states including Idaho, Florida and Washington are starting to propose bills that can override the Court's orders. These bills are also reaching other states such as Oklahoma, Wyoming and Arizona.

The rising tension between legislative branches and Court orders are stemming from the recent Trump Executive Order. Other legislators resist Court powers since they view their actions as "too activist."

Democratic Florida legislator Sandy D'Alemberte explained that the Court is starting to "misunderstand" their function. D'Alemberte stressed that the Courts are to "resist majority sentiment" instead of "subjecting to it."

Others view the act of state legislatures who override the Court's orders as "quite radical." Such is the result of a back-and-forth exchange between President Trump and the Federal Court.

According to Common Dreams, the President Trump is on a losing streak in regards to the immigration ban. The Federal Court has ruled over and even temporarily prevented some parts of the Trump Executive Order from being implemented.

The tension between the Federal Court and President Trump does not seem to be winding down soon, since the trend is reaching across different states. If the legal battle wages on, it will be hard for the legislative branches not to get involved in between. When the trend reaches to other states, chances are the legislative and judiciary branches are going to be tangled in a fight for power and control along with the President, all stemming from the Trump Executive Order.
