Brian Lee Golsby is charged of rape in the death of Ohio State University student, Reagan Tokes, according to the latest report. He was arrested Saturday by the Grove City police.

21-year-old Tokes, whose death has been ruled a homicide, was reportedly missing since Wednesday night, after she was last seen at Bodega bar in the Columbus area, where she was working. On Thursday, she was found dead at the Scioto Grove Metro Park near Columbus, about 10 miles away from where she was last seen.

According to Fox News, Tokes was found dead Thursday with two gunshot wounds. The investigators, however, found no shell casings around her body, suggesting that the shooting may have occurred at a different location before her body was left at the park.

Grove City police arrested 29-year-old Golsby, who is expected to be charged with aggravated murder in the death of Tokes. He was already jailed on suspicion of aggravated murder, kidnapping and robbery following his arrest on Saturday by the police.

He admitted to kidnapping Tokes from the area of North High Street and Third Avenue Wednesday night after she left work. Nonetheless, Golsby is a registered sex offender and had just gotten out of prison last November after serving six years imprisonment over rape and kidnapping in another Grove City case, NBC reported.

The family of Tokes has released a statement asking for privacy in this time of grief and confusion. One of the family members, reportedly uncle posted a remembrance post on his Facebook.

"We cannot begin to express the hurt and confusion we feel and ask that you respect our family's privacy. We are not at liberty to discuss any details since this is an on-going investigation," a family spokesperson said. Golsby will be arraigned on Monday at 9 am ET.
