The latest moves that Russia has done towards Syria have ultimately given depth to the divisions within the U.S. administration, and is still questioning the motives of Vladimir Putin. Some beliefs talk of Putin backing up a U.N.-ruled initiative to conclude the civil war, or is using the negotiations to cover the renewed military support for Syrian President Bashar Assad.

According to Yahoo, U.S. officials declared that Russia moved their artillery near the city if Aleppo. Even after pulling out a fixed-wing aircraft last March, Russia managed to distribute its forces in Syria, along with advanced helicopter gunships and renewed airstrikes, aiming for the opposition groups.

As per My Informs, the Russian reassertion of military backing has somewhat signaled a number of U.S. officials to give a heads up that not being able to respond would be perceived by Moscow as a sign of meekness in the U.S. Such is presumed to encourage Russia and pull the challenge forward to the U.S. and allied militaries through more instigating Russian air and naval methods.
