Former Couple Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale has Reached a Divorce Settlement

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale both agreed to a divorce settlement. The estrange celebrity couple reportedly accepted a settlement deal were they will have an unequal share of assets and a 50-50 joint custody for their children.

According to People, the former couple doesn't have prenuptial agreement prior to their marriage in 2002, making the pair legally entitled to split an equal share of the money they have earned throughout the 13 years of their marriage. However, it reveals, Gavin Rossdale, 50 will not go after estranged wife's earnings and assets. 

The "Bush" band vocalist accepted a settlement agreement were singer Gwen Stefani, 46 will gain more of the money and property. Both also agreed to have an equal joint custody of their children, sons, Kingston, 9-year-old; Zuma, 7-years old, and Apollo, 2-years old. Child support was not mentioned on the said agreement.

The former couple's divorce settlement deal which has been filed in California court and is pending for a judge approval, Wonderwall reported. Gwen, and Gavin first made their divorce known to the public in August 2015, blaming their irreconcilable differences. 

"It's super hard to have your family break up."I have gone through a lot, but I feel like you have to be grateful for that. Because if I didn't do that, then I wouldn't have this," the No Doubt vocalist told "Good Morning America" show. Months after the breakup, Stefani began dating the newly single the Voice co-star Blake Shelton.

The US Magazine also reported, Blake, who recently divorce his estranged wife, Miranda Lambert, is planning to get engaged with the "Make Me Like You" singer. "Blake could propose to Gwen very soon," an insider told the source, adding that the chart-topping singer is "everything he wants."

Meanwhile, Rossdale is concentrating on his family and a new Bush album. Rossdale has a reported net worth of $35 million; Stefani is reportedly worth $120 million.
