'Blindspot' episode 17 spoilers dish that Patterson's hunt puts her life at risk. Last episode, viewers saw Patterson on a dinner date with her imaginary partner, David, who was long dead. Although weird and crazy as it sounds, David had helped Patterson to find an important message. She found a clue hidden in a New York Times crossword puzzle. The clue links to the tattoo case and David's death.

In episode 17, Patterson will keep the information to herself. According to Design & Trend, Patterson is on a new mission by herself. But her effort to investigate the case alone will put her life at risk.

 In the promo released by NBC, Patterson's hunt leads her straight to the enemy. She ends up captured by the enemy. The teaser shows that her hands are tied. While manages to escape and out into the woods, the enemy catches her up still.

Movie News Guide dishes that Weller's team is on search for her. While they are able to locate the cabin, Patterson is nowhere to be found. But the publication indicates that Patterson comes out alive.

Last week, Jane grappled with a confusing memory of Weller while getting closer to Oscar. She and Oscar hooked up after he confessed his strong attraction towards her. In episode 17, viewers will see Oscar helping Jane to uncover her past. But it is yet to be known if Jane feels the same for Oscar. In the same episode, Weller is seen asking his father if he has any idea who kidnapped Jane.
