Christian magistrate Richard Page's opinion about gay parents adopting a child has led to his dismissal. The justice is now planning to sue Michael Grove  for removing him from his position. 

The magistrate named Richard Page who took the case on a family bench was struck by his biased and prejudiced opinion regarding the issue. He said that he will take legal actions and sue Lord Chancellor before an employment tribunal.

According to the Gay Times, Page was suspended and was given equality retraining but was discharged based on his views. The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office believes that any reasonable person will see the bias against gay couples.

But during an interview, the magistrate said his responsibility is to see to it that the child gets what's best for him and he feels that it is better if the child will be adopted by a man and a woman. He criticized the decision and described it as intolerant. He then accused Grove of dipping his hands to the new political belief as per The Guardian.

As reported by Gazette, Page addressed Grove, saying he completely got the wrong end of the stick and he is motivatated to do what's right for the child. He added that he is not homophobic but as a Christian, he thinks homosexual activity is wrong as well as sex outside marriage.

The chief executive of the Christian Legal Centre, Andrea Minichiello Williams supported Page, saying he already made the decision to sue Lord Chancellor for removing him from the bench. He added that he will go through the employment tribunal system due to the fact that he is from the bench and an office bearer. Page even said that to punish him and to seek silence for expressing his dissenting view is very wrong. He added that he will challenge the decision for being prejudiced and illiberal.
