Valve's supposed Left 4 Dead 3 has not been heard of, but many gamers are still riding the bandwagon of rumors that surround the title. As some believe, sometimes, it takes more than a few coincidences or slips for news to come out, and it was not until recently that gamers have seen some hints on the possibility that the game is in the works.

According to VG247, it was because of the recently confirmed release of HTC Vive's benchmark tool that fans have started to speculate on the creation of Left 4 Dead 3 and even Half-Life 3. Originally, the announced Vive benchmark tool was meant for a different task until some files of the two aforementioned games were found in the system.

The said rumors, as per Game Ranx, were not addressed directly by Valve, but may be exactly what the fans needed in order to believe that Valve is doing something behind the curtains. There are some people, however, that believe the said files to only be a way to tease the fans to believe in these small potential clues.

In other Left 4 Dead 3 news, noted by Game Rant, fans claim to have seen the possibility of what one of the next Left 4 Dead 3 characters will be. Some reports claim that one character will be somewhat a lumberjack in appearance, with a checkered shirt and a full beard that makes a plain mountain man look.

Left 4 Dead 3, along with Half-Life 3, has become common names in the first-person shooter wish list that many have been thinking of. Valve has disregarded any and all news or questions that is thrown at them regarding both, but there are some fans who still hold their ground that the massive company will sooner or later give in to the demand of the gamers that tailed the two powerhouse franchises.
