Reunions are always sweet, memorable something that is talked about, and creates a buzz especially if it happens on tube. Fans of the hit series The Originals and The Vampire Diaries are in for a treat as the anticipated crossover is finally happening. Damon's dark secret uncovered in Episode 12 of Vampire Diaries Season 7.

Old pals Stefan and Klaus reunite in New Orleans sipping bourbon inside a bar in this coming episode of Vampire Diaries. Setting aside past hostilities and differences, they reunite in a place away from magic and from other entities that may be able to detect his presence.

According to Design & Trendm crossover episode entitled 'Moonlight on the Bayou Stefan' leaves mystic falls in order to keep a vampire hunter away from his cohorts. The two will have a rare chance to discuss a lot of things over shots of whiskey and that includes Caroline, who is pregnant sired by Alaric and Jo's Twins.

Much has been heard about the two part crossover episodes that are coming this February. Hollywood Life adds that it might not be the crossover that everybody is anticipating, but still a nice opportunity to see Paul Wesley on two different shows. 

Christian Post said that Julie Plec, the executive producer of both shows, have shared her views to the fans of this phenomenal crossover. The midseason finale depicts Klaus devastation over the loss of Cami who was killed by the latter's love interest, Auora. Klaus will seek vendetta over her death in the midseason premiere but no details has been shared yet. 

There is no lack of hype as far as this major event is concerned, the speculations and the anticipation of things to come only bring sheer excitement. The reunion of the bourbon buddies is really something worth watching and waiting for. 

Meanwhile, The Vampire Diaries Season 7 Episode 12 official sypnosis revealed that Stefan uncovers the reason behind Damon's dark descent following his experience in the Phoenix stone.
