'Toy Story 4' Updates, Premiere Date: Rashida Jones , McCormack as scriptwriters; Woody, Bo Peep lovestory rumored

Latest news from Pixar says that the Toy Story 4's film release will be on June 15, 2018, and Rashida Jones will work along with McCormack in the writing department. Moreover, Toy Story 4 will rekindle the love story of Woody and Bo Peep.

The story about toys and friendship has touched the hearts of millions and it's quite sad to the fans if Pixar will totally abandon the Toy Story movies. Fortunately, the brilliant success of Toy Story has led the studio to make another sequel. Rashida Jones, the screenwriter, and producer of the film is said to be working with McCormack, as Movie News Guide reported. 

When asked about Bo Peep's character and how she will be involved in the film, the screenwriter said that Bo Peep will have another story that will be centered on women's strength. Christian Post reported that in the industry of filmmaking, where films are driven by male characters, Jones wanted Bo Peep to add balance to the whole scenario.

Rashida Jones's interview was commended by most of the people who were following Toy Story films. A lot of fans agree that the film industry is driven by male characters, especially the big-time movies, and many are hopeful that all of this will change. Animated movies are one of the most daring genres in the film industry right now and it proved to be efficient in delivering a message to the people without considering age brackets.

Toy Story 4 will be directed by John Lasseter and expectations just went up for the fourth installment. Refinery 29 said that Pixar will bring the love story of Woody Bo Peep on the big screen once again.
