Josh Duggar Rough Sex Accuser Danica Dillon Wants To Withdraw Case; He Makes Sure It Doesn't Resurface Ever Again

Porn star Danica Dillon has requested to withdraw her $500,000 lawsuit against Josh Duggar after she failed to provide concrete evidence that he roughed her up during a sexual encounter. However, Danica wants the option to refile the suit at any time. Josh Duggar responded that he will only agree to have the case dismissed if the stripper agrees to drop the lawsuit forever.

In addition, Josh also wants Danica to pay his legal bills and publicly recant her claims of being raped according to TMZ. Based on court documents, he was able to provide an air tight alibi for when Danica claims he roughed her up. These include airplane tickets and receipts that show he was in other places at the time of the alleged rape.

Duggar lawyers were also able to submit photographic proof from Instagram that Danica was traveling to various places, attending sporting events and taking helicopter rides at the time of said assault. Danica has not agreed to the Duggar camp's terms but has continues to pressure Josh to drop the case. She mentioned the fact that Josh being treated for sex addiction will not look good for his case.

Meanwhile, Danica had a tell-all interview with Hustler magazine where she gave intimate details on her time with Josh Duggar reports Daily Mail. According to her, Josh bought $600 worth of lap dances and offered another $1000 to have sex with him in a hotel room. She revealed that he was very aggressive with her and that it felt like she was being raped during their first time together. Josh even called her worthless.

Even with a disappointing first encounter however, Danica still agreed to meet for the second time after Josh offered her $1,500 which she later claimed in court she was never paid reports Inquisitr. Meanwhile, her own sister revealed that the stripper lied about not knowing who Josh Duggar was and that he was married when they met at the strip club. Mariah Stramm said that her sister had stalked Josh Duggar online for months.

In other news on the Duggar family, a camera crew that was spotted hanging around the controversial family has spurred rumors that "19 Kids and Counting" will air again on TLC although there has been no confirmation of this yet from the network or from the Duggars. Late last year, Jill and Jessa Duggar appeared in a three-part special "Jill and Jessa: Counting On", where they talked about the Josh Duggar controversy that led to the cancellation of their family's show.
