Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof's ex-husband, Paul Nassif, has recently filed a case against their former body guard who accused Nassif of child abuse. Nassif denied the former employee's allegation as he seeks legal help.

According to Wet Paint, Nassif filed a libel case against his former body guard, Kevin Villalobos, who  accused him of abusing his children he shared with former wife.  Nassif reportedly cut his working ties with Villalobos earlier this year.

However, their parting was not a clear separation as Villalobos allegedly sent Nassif an e-mail about his resignation which included the words, "I could not silently standby while you hit and injured your children in angry outbursts.". The e-mail also included Nassif's former wife, according to TMZ.

Nassif has since denied hitting his children and said that Villalobos is trying to piss off his ex-wife by repeating the accusation against him. Furthermore, aside from the allegation of physical abuse and angry outburst, the lawsuit is also seeking $4,000 compensation for the clothes that Villalobos allegedly stole from Nassif.

Nassif claimed that his former bodyguard used to make dry cleaning runs for him which was supposedly an opportunity used by the defendant to get himself $4,000 worth of clothes. However, with the more serious child abuse allegation, the compensation for the clothes appear to be a side issue.

According to a report by Perez Hilton, the case against his former bodyguard is not the only suit Nassif is facing this year as he is also expected to be in court after a lawsuit for medical negligence which was filed against him by Eric Klein for allegedly causing damage on his eye after an operation was conducted.

Adrienne Maloof is yet to comment on the allegation regarding his former husband. Litigation is expected to follow between both parties.
