THe CW officially releases the official plot for "Arrow" Season 4 Episode 10. Not only that, the previous episode 9 has also been recapped for fans who missed it. Also, MTV has confirmed that Emily Bett Rickard's character, Felicity, is not the person under the grave as shown in episode 1.

The CW just released the official synopsis for episode 10 and as reported by Comic Book Movie, "Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) must deal with the devastating consequences of Damien Dahrk's (guest star Neal McDonough) last attack. Seeking revenge, Oliver goes on a brutal manhunt looking for Dahrk."

For a recap of the previously aired episode 9 of Arrow Season 4, Joblo has detailed that Oliver held a mayoral campaign by cleaning the Bay area together with his team. Suddenly they were attacked by a drone, shooting everyone in the Bay. Because of that, Oliver felt bad since there are also children who participated in his campaign. So, his team planned to publicize Dahrk and the H.I.V.E to the media by calling the press and gathering everyone together. Suddenly, the event end up with Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) being shot.

With that being said, MTV has officially confirmed that Felicity is not the person inside the grave shown in episode 1. It has been stated that there are several evidences that point to the possibility that Felicity is not the one buried under the grave. Also, the timing of the grave death does not match with the mid-season episode. As noted on the said scene, the caption stated that it happened 7 months later.

"Arrow" Season 4 Episode 10 is entitled as "Blood Debts". The upcoming mid-season finale episode is scheduled to return from its brief hiatus this Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. exclusively on The CW. "Arrow" is an American TV superhero series developed by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Andrew Kreisberg. The storyline is based on the DC Comics character Green Arrow.
