Left 4 Dead 3 has been a talk of the town for a long while now especially since the last and still existent expansion still looks powerful after many years. Gamers are now curious as to how Valve will treat the upcoming game or better yet, if there will be any third installment at all.

As reported by Yibada, Valve was known to be one of the companies that actually do well with surprises whereas they can patiently wait and even not at all reveal anything. Because of this, fans of the company and all their works always look forward to what will be next for their favored series-in this case, the Left 4 Dead franchise.

According to Christian Today, Valve refuses to divulge anything regarding their plans for the time being, and though leaks of the possible Left 4 Dead 3 plot have been going around, such as the game being a prequel of on how the infection started and eventually spread, these are all to be taken as grains of salt.

Followers of the series speculate that for the most part, Left 4 Dead 3 will not be in any way connected to the first two, instead, it will take a life of its own with a whole new cast to look out for.

Delivered by Youth Health Magazine, one speculation that fans have held on to would be the scrapping of Half-Life 3 from the list of games that Valve puts their backs into. Given that each and every time that Half-Life 3 has been brought up, Valve debunks the issues incessantly, leading to the idea that there is something else that the company looks to put all their time and energy into.

Since Left 4 Dead 2 is considerably a multiplayer platform and will instantly get the cash rolling, fans believe that it is the one that Valve will push to happen.

At the moment, all rumors around Left 4 Dead 3 are far from fruition and until Valve decides to give their take on the new title, all possibilities must be considered. That includes the title not existing at all, as most are dreading.
