Troubled actress Amanda Bynes has returned to Twitter after taking a hiatus from the social networking site for almost a month.

Latin Post reported that the "She's The Man" star recently posted a photo of herself in the dressing room of a store in Valley Village, California.

In the picture, she wore a black, white, yellow and gray pencil skirt and crop top which showcased her tiny waist. She captioned the photo "I'm loving Boutique Jules!"

The post surprised many of her fans and followers, seeing the actress much happier and healthier in the photo.

Blogger Perez Hilton also reported that a group of girls spotted the 28-year-old actress at Glendale Hilton, just outside Los Angeles. According to them, Bynes seemed to be back to her old self as she was sweet and courteous towards them.

"She was walking around outside on the grass area and she wasn't rude at all! She saw us taking pics of her and was friendly about it," explained the ladies as per report by Hilton.

Previously, it was reported that Bynes' parents found a way to track her movements - through the mobile application Uber.

Radar Online reported that Amanda's parents, Rick and Lynn, have set their daughter up with an account for the car service. This enables them to track her movements via GPS while allowing her to enjoy her freedom.

"Amanda's mom, Lynn, set up the Uber car service on her daughter's cell phone. Uber can take Amanda anywhere she needs to go and it's paid for out of Amanda's estate, since her mom has conservatorship," an insider revealed to the site.

The source added, "This allows Amanda to have independence. But at the same time her parents can track where she goes."

However, Amanda's parents are reportedly planning to already move out of California and return to Texas even if the actress is still under conservatorship.

"Amanda's parents are getting ready to move back to Texas. They had only come out to California after Amanda started exhibiting serious problems and they feel they've done all they can," said a source to Radar Online.

The "She's The Man" star has only been released from a psychiatric hospital last October.
