The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit granted a request from the Trump administration Tuesday to dissolve the injunction preventing the implementation of the memorandum preventing most transgender individuals from serving in the military.
Transgender individuals will only be allowed to serve if they present as their biological sex during service and have not been diagnosed with gender dysphoria. The plan is to officially take effect on April 12.
