Appeal of foreign company required to turn over information related to Mueller investigation declined by Supreme Court

The US Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear the appeal of an unnamed corporation required to disclose vital information regarding special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation. 

The company had argued that it was immune to investigation the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, which restrains prosecution for foreign entities.
