YogaWorks, Inc faces class action lawsuit

Pomerantz LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against YogaWorks, Inc. ("YogaWorks" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: YOGA) and certain of its officers and directors.   The class action, filed in United States District Court, Central District of California, and indexed under 19-cv-00970, is on behalf of a class consisting of all behalf of persons and/or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired YogaWorks securities pursuant and/or traceable to the Company's initial public offering commenced on or about August 10, 2017 and closed on August 16, 2017 (the "IPO"), seeking to recover compensable damages caused by Defendants' violations of the federal securities laws and to pursue remedies under Sections 11, 12(a)(2), and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Securities Act") (the "Class").
