Huawei Technologies is making sure that its upcoming flagship Huawei P10 Plus is definitely worth its branding. The larger variant is coming with a massive 8GB RAM, reports have revealed.
Android Headlines claimed that Huawei P10 Plus' 8GB RAM version has just surfaced in Spain. The forthcoming iteration has been seen listed on Phone House, a known Spanish retailer. The newly outed information was shared via the Twitter account "Geek Savage" whose revelation has also included the unit's features and specifications. These specs have not been confirmed by Huawei yet so it would be wise to take them with a pinch of salt.
As such, Huawei P10 Plus is expected to come with a 5.5-inch QHD with 2560 X 1440 resolution. Meanwhile, the leaked information has also revealed that the device is slated to sport a massive 8GB random access memory (RAM) along with a whopping 256GB of expandable native storage. These top-of-the-line specs will be fueled by the firm's proprietary Kirin 960. Android 7.0 Nougat is also expected to come out-of-the-box, Phone Arena reported.
Huawei P10 Plus is also tipped to sport a 12-megapixel (MP) rear camera although it is expected that the device will come with two 12MP rear cameras along with the dual-LED flash. In addition, these cameras are to be coupled with an 8MP front-facing snapper. As the source has revealed that this version is in silver variant, Huawei should also launch the device with other color variants once it officially launches it.
Huawei P10 Plus is currently priced at around $799 in Spain. Note that this price might still vary according to the regions it will be launched in and at the time when it is retailed. It is scheduled to be launched alongside Huawei P10 in Barcelona at the imminent Mobile World Congress that will kick off on Feb. 26.
