Apple showcased their first iPad into the launch ceremony in 2010. After that Apple unveiled many iPad models such as iPad 2, iPad Mini, with latest iPad Pro, etc.
Sources reveal that, Apple will going to launch three new iPad models in various sizes this leap year; 9.7-Inches, 12.9- Inches, and a medium size that will measure between 10-Inches and 10.5-Inches.
This news comes from renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo at KGI Securities via 9to5Mac. Kuo has been anticipating Apple products based on logistics information for years, and sometimes he might get wrong but, a maximum time he is correct.
Following are some of the predictions which are discussed by Kuo:* Ipad with a 9.7-Inch screen, one with a 10-Inches to 10.5-Inches and a 12.9-Inches.* A 12.9-Inch model would be getting a second generation A10X chip. *The 10-Inch to 10.5-Inch model would be coming with a narrow-bezel design.* A 9.7-Inch iPad would come in cheaper price segment as it will be using iPhone 6 and 6s A9 chip.* With this, Kuo is also presuming that iPad sales would fall yet again this year between 35 million to 37 million units.
Cannot say these predictions are true or not but, the main consequence here is that Apple faces huge competition in the market as they do not know how to understand their iPad market. Apple has been changing the screen sizes of iPhone though, they are facing problems such as, which consumer fits for right screen size.
It may also presume that, as Apple will soon gonna start manufacturing plant in India, coming iPads would be made in India as it would help the company to make an abundance of the iPad model which can be easily available in many different countries.
Apple is trying to give robust products to their customers so that they can generate their sales volume which was declined in 2016. This would help the customers to enjoy cheaper products in the market
