Actress Kaley Cuoco and Tennis Athlete Ryan Sweeting Finalize Divorce With Settlement Agreement

American actress Kaley Cuoco finalized her divorce from her estrange husband, Ryan Sweeting, following the former couple's announcement of their split last year. The pair wrapped up their divorce with a settlement agreement.

Cuoco, 30 and Sweeting, 28, are officially divorced as of Friday, May 6. The US Magazine reported that the settlement agreement protected all the "8 Simple Rules" actress' money. She will keep all the $72 million that she is reportedly about to receive as part of her contract deal to her comedy show after the former couple got married back in the year 2013.

The settlement term also states that she will keep their Los Angeles homes in Tarzana and Santa Barbara beach home. The documents revealed that Cuoco will pay Sweeting $165,000 in two installments, as well as his attorney fees. "Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage," her representative said.

According to TMZ, Couco also agreed to shoulder her ex-husband's two personal trainers, worth $195,000. The tennis player also gets to keep whatever cash and gift certificates he may have.

Cuoco and Sweeting first announced their divorce in September 2015, ending their 21 months of marriage, the Sydney Morning Herald reported. The pair's divorce filings cited "irreconcilable differences."

On their marriage, the two tattooed their wedding dates at the back of their shoulders. However, with their divorce, the actress expressed her regrets in doing it.  "I made a mistake. Don't tattoo a wedding date. I know. I know. I had to cover it, I had to cover it with the wings. (I chose them) because it was big enough to cover the numbers, big wings. It's just what I picked out when I was there," Cuoco said.

The actress is currently dating an equestrian, Karl Cook. Sweeting, a tennis player, is listed as "retired" in tennis sports and is currently ranked 1,160 in the circuit.
