A charge of DUI was bestowed upon former wide receiver Justin Blackmon, which took place late last year. The said count was finally given justice after apparent footages came forth that further proved the suspect fully accountable.

According to IMDB, former NFL star Justin Blackmon finally pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI which traces back to an arrest last December. An official release of a footage in Oklahoma highlighted how Blackmon could not even stand, let alone walk a straight line as protocol whenever such arrest instances take place.

As per Follow News, the ex-Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver was asked to pull over around 3 in the morning of December 19th , wherein, he claims that he only had two drinks before getting behind the wheel. The athlete and his jeep were not absolved from the case as the police did not seem very convinced with the statements that Blackmon made.

TMZ delivered that the dash cam recovered from the scenario not only proved that Blackmon had drinks, but also a clear affirmation that he was completely hammered beyond permitted. It has now been confirmed that Blackmon stepped into a guilty plea in court, morning of Wednesday last week, and will be facing a lengthy time behind bars come June as soon as he gets sentenced.

Some may recall Blackmon to have had similar cases in the past; the present being the second arrest that the football star had in over three years. The DUI arrests are also not the only tangible cases that Blackmon was known for, it was also declared that last 2013, he received a sanction of indefinite suspension from the NFL for claims of violating the league's substance abuse policy. So far, no other cases are considered pending apart from the one set to be given a conclusion next month.
