California Attorney General's office agents raided David Daleiden's home Tuesday evening, confiscating the anti-abortionist activist's controversial undercover videos centering Planned Parenthood. The said footages depict the women's group's harvesting and sale of aborted infant organs and tissue.

According to Reuters, Charles LiMandri, Daleiden's representing lawyer for his three cases said, four computers and video footage were confiscated at his Huntington Beach apartment. The anti-abortionist activist along with his group released the said video footages last year, on what appears to be, Planned Parenthood clinic employees discussing the illegal sale of tissue from aborted fetuses.

Human fetal tissue for the purpose of research is allowed under the federal law however, gaining money from the sale of human organs is illegal. The health care group has denied the accusations, stating the investigation is "politically motivated."

Daleiden established, pro-life Center for Medical Progress as well as described himself as a citizen journalist, according to NBC News. After he released a series of "sting" videos, the controversial anti-abortionist activist faces criminal investigation.

Planned Parenthood filed a legal complaint against him and the Center for Medical Progress, stating the video footage he released was edited to mislead. After the incident, GOP Lawmakers tried to defund the women's health care provider.

Daleiden and his colleague, Sandra Merritt allegedly pretended to be part of a company that would pay for fetal tissue, BioMax. The Life Site News reported, the two also used fake driver's licenses to get into a Planned Parenthood clinic in Houston.

He and Meritt are under criminal investigation in Texas, where he was indicted in February for tampering with a government record and violating a prohibition on the purchase and sale of human body parts.  He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the felony charge. Planned Parenthood said the raid showed Daleiden was "paying the price" for creating his undercover videos and maintained it had done nothing wrong.
