Logan Tuley–Tillman Update: Ex- Wolverine football player pleads guilty of videotaping sex; Might face 3 years of prison

Logan Tuley - Tillman, a former wolverine football prospected player has pleaded guilty to a charge where he illegally videotaped a sex he had with a woman without her consent. The 6 foot 7 athlete is now taking lesser charges with a minimum of 3 years after the guilty plea.

Filming and having sex with a woman could come in hand with her consent and this wasn't the case for Logan Tuley - Tillman after he was charged according to ESPN. The 20 - year old athlete had just pleaded guilty to the accounts of capturing and distributing an image of unclothed individual and using her computer to commit the crime which are all felony. Tuley-Tillman was brought to Washtenaw County court and said that he used the woman's phone to record their sexual act.

Now that he pleaded guilty of this charges, Tuley-Tillman's count of distributing the image of unclothe individual will be dismissed as written in Michigan Live. Judge David Swartz sentenced the youth athlete to Holmes Youthful Trainee Act which would allow teenagers 17 - 20 years of age to avoid the criminal charge if he's going to complete a sentence or program. Morover, the act limits the sentence, shorting the sentence of probation and imprisonment to lesser 3 years. If the act wasn't around, he would be facing 5 years for capturing image and 7 years for using the computer to do the crime, both have a $5000 fine.

The incident happened at September 4, 2015 after Tuley-Tillman captured the activities he had with a 19 - yer old female as reported by Detroit Free Press. The woman got his activities when she saw him transferring the videos from her phone to his phone and the woman immediately went to the police. The 6 foot 7, 309 pounds athlete was dismissed from being a Michigan athlete. The athlete has announced that he'll be transferring to Washington State.

A prospected ex- Michigan football player has pleaded guilty on accounts of illegally videotaping sex with a woman. The former Wolverine will be sentenced under Holmes Youthful Trainee Act and the first account of his felonies will be dismissed. Logan Tuley - Tillman is expected to be sentenced at March 28, 2016.
