Charlie Sheen HIV Update: Actor Refutes Doctor's Claim That He Cured Sheen

By

Actor Charlie Sheen announced in late 2015 that he has contracted HIV, and the doctor who worked with him claimed to have cured him from the disease. However, the actor is disputing the doctor's claim, saying that the doctor treated him in an unorthodox manner.

The controversial television actor first met up with Samir Chachoua in Mexico for an initial consultation. After the initial check-up, the actor personally invited the doctor to fly back home with him so he will be able to treat him on a regular basis for two months. The doctor, during a guest stint for Bill Maher's talk show, stated that the virus found in goat's milk cures the virus indefinitely.

"This virus destroys HIV and protects people who drink it for life," said Chachoua to HBO's Bill Maher, as reported by Vine Report.

The actor, according to a report by Inquisitr, claims that the doctor has been treating him "illegally" for two months in the United States.

The actor posted on his Twitter account stating his concerns.

"Dr Sam/ I was with u in/ Mexico for/ 1 day./ It's illegal for u/ to practice in/ U.S.A. where u/ treated me for 2 months," wrote the actor in his social media account.

Apparently, Sheen was advised by Chachoua to stop taking antiviral medications that his previous doctors have prescribed. As a form of alternative treatment, Chachoua recommended arthritic goat's milk would ultimately cure the actor's HIV. Additionally, the doctor also advised the actor to discontinue all other treatments for his disease.

Upon following Chachoua's advise on pushing through with the goat's milk therapy, the actor claims that his HIV numbers rose. Just like in true Hollywood fashion, Sheen exposed the doctor on social media flamboyantly. Sheen attached a photo of Pinocchio as a way of indirectly stating that he has been scammed by the doctor.
