West Londoners Alexanda Kotey and Aine Davis Named As ISIS 'Beatles' Members

Two extremists from London have been named belonging to Jihadi John's British group, "Beatles." Londoners Alexanda Kotey and Aine Davis, along with Mohammed Emwazi- who's popularly known as Jihadi John are part of the ISIS group. The three were previous drug dealer who went to Syria. They attended the same mosque and were previous friends in London.

The report was revealed by Washington Post and Buzzfeed, which led the investigation of the ISIS "Beatles." Kotey, an Islam-convert oversaw the detention and brutal beheading of Western hostages in Syria.  Washington Post reported that Kotey who has Ghanaian and Greek Cypriot roots and known as a quiet and humble Queens Park Rangers Football Club fan from west London was identified as part of the British group through their special investigation with Buzzfeed.  The site adds that it's not yet confirmed if Kotey is the same man called "Ringo" or "George."

Kotey is said to be a member of the London mayoral candidate George Galloway convoy in 2009. He traveled to the Middle East and has not yet returned since then. Buzzfeed claims that after Kotey's conversion to Islam, he was reportedly influenced by his pal, Emzawi, while attending the same Al-Manaar mosque.  Witnesses said that he advocated suicide bombings on the streets. It was found out that Kotey has also link with a network of extremists called "London Boys."

The site says that Kotey might have traveled to Raqqa, ISIS' de facto capital wherein he collaborated with other british nationals in torturing and beheading hostages.  The "Beatles" are believed to be the most notorious of all the ISIS guards. They are using various means to terrorize the hostages, including electric shocks, waterboarding, and mock executions. The "Beatles" have decapitated 18 members of the Syrian army and seven British, American, and Japanese hostages.

Another Londoner, Davis was confirmed to be part of the terror group "Beatles." It is said that he was captured in Turkey after he was caught planning an attack in Istanbul just like the incidents in Paris, The Guardian reports.  Meanwhile, Davis's wife, Amal el-Wahabi was the first woman to be taken into custody for terrorism offenses connected to Syria. She was jailed in 2014.

The family of Kotey was reportedly deeply distressed on the allegations that he is a member of the ISIS "Beatles."  There are reports that he was killed in Syria last summer.
