Roosh V meets his match: "Pro-rape" meetings cancelled due to security concerns and death threats

By

The founder of a community that's pushing for the legalization of rape has cancelled calls for meetings due to security concerns. 36-year-old Daryush Valizadeh, more popularly known as Roosh V, recently gained notorious public infamy in the past weeks due to his attempt to organize various meetings throughout the world to gather support for the legalization of rape in private property. The announcement of the said meetings drew scrutiny and massive public outcry, with people standing up against Roosh V and his morbid ideals.

Through his website, Valizadeh announced the cancellation of the meetings which was supposed to take place on Feb. 6.

"I can no longer guarantee the safety or privacy of the men who want to attend on February 6, especially since most of the meet-ups cannot be made private in time. While I can't stop men who want to continue meeting in private groups, there will be no official Return Of Kings meet-ups. The listing page has been scrubbed of all locations. I apologize to all the supporters who are let down by my decision," Valizadeh stated in his website.

According to the Independent, the meetings were supposed to take place in key cities around the world, including the United Kingdom, United States, Australia and Canada.

In Toronto, a group of female boxers threatened Valizadeh and his followers that they would crash their meetings to stand up for all the female protesters around the world.

"The photos of us will show women that being powerful is an option," Toronto Newsgirls boxing club founder Savoy Howe said.

Daryush Valizadeh and his band of "neo-masculinists" have since received hostility and threats for their vile views on male superiority.

The Guardian reported that Valizadeh is of the view that women should be "thin, quiet, unambitious and docile," while men should be "masculine, dominant and heterosexual." With that, Roosh V and his company are not only for female discrimination, but they are known not to be so accepting of LGBT members.

People around the world have raised concern over the spread of his vile ideology.

The Australian government has warned that "people who advocate violence against women" are not welcome in their country, and anyone who subscribes to such atrocity will have their visas revoked.

The Australian government made an example out of pick-up artist Jeff Allen of a group called Real Social Dynamics. Allen's visa was cancelled after it was discovered that he was planning to enter the country to teach men how to pick up women through harassment and manipulation.
