Guns N' Roses Adds Mexico City to Upcoming Reunion Concert Tour Venue

2016 is looking to be the year of reunions! As more and more talented bands of the past announce their reunion concerts, many can't help but get excited over the idea of seeing their favorite musicians on stage once again. With all the bands and groups that have already teased on this possibility, 2016 is looking up to be a great year.

One of the bands that have just announced they will be holding a reunion concert is none other than the popular hard rock band, Guns N' Roses. Making the announcement, Billboard has confirmed that the group will be performing its first concert outside the country. The group announced that they will be heading to perform at the Foro Sol venue in Mexico City between appearances at the much awaited Coachella festival happening in April in Indio, California. Consequence Of Sound has earlier reported that the group will be performing two gigs in Las Vegas before their scheduled slot at the festival.

The group consists of the members Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan. This reunion gig is the first time the group will be performing together once again. The last time they played together was 1993 before a 20-year disagreement between Axl Rose and Slash emerged. The two, however, have buried the hatchet and are ready to play together once again.

As for who the drummer will be during the reunion gig, the group is still figuring out between Izzy Stradlin and Matt Sorum since both have expressed an interest to be part of the reunion. However, they could be sharing the stage as they share duties in the concert.

With this announcement, Guns N' Roses updated concert schedule will be T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, NV on April 8 and 9, Coachella, Indio, CA on April 16, Foro Sol, Mexico City on April 19, and again in Coachella on April 23.
