President Obama addressed American citizens on Monday evening, discussing the the two explosions that hit the Boston Marathon as runners crossed the finish line on Monday, which killed at least two people. The Boston Marathon packs tens of thousands of people into its streets for its annual event. It was cancelled at 2:57 p.m. on Monday after the two bombs exploded.
