FBI recommends DoJ to indict Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified info

The FBI will recommend the Department of Justice to indict former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information using a private email server, according to former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay.

"I have friends that are in the FBI, and they tell me they're ready to indict, they're ready to recommend an indictment," said DeLay in a report by the New York Daily News. "And they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public. So one way or another, either she's gon'na be indicted, and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another, she's gon'na have to face these charges."

BizPac Review reported that intelligence Inspector General Charles McCullough gave a letter to Capitol Hill last week showing that some of the emails passing through the private server of Hillary Clinton. The emails received and sent through her secured server are more sensitive than top secret data.

According to Inquistr, the letters prompted Clinton's press secretary, Brian Fallon, to accuse McCullough of conspiring with Republicans to bring her down in her presidential campaign. Meanwhile, Clinton is firm in her stand that she never sent or received classified emails through her private server during her time as the secretary of state. The discoveries of "top secret" emails sent through that private server have only resulted now that she is no longer in that position.

Even with DeLay's aggressive statements, the FBI can't indict Clinton without a federal grand jury bringing charges against the presidential candidate. DeLay, who is a Texas Republican, should be familiar with this process, since he was indicted in 2005 by a grand jury on charges of campaign finance. In 2010, he was also convicted of money laundering and conspiracy, but was later on overturned.

Clinton admitted using private email account and secure home server when she was secretary of state. However, she said she did this out of convenience and that she didn't use it to do anything wrong.
