Levi Johnston Sues Bristol Palin: Sarah Palin’s Daughter in Heated Custody Battle Over Son Tripp

Ex-fiancé of Bristol Palin, daughter of Sarah Palin- 2008 Republican Candidate for Vice President, plans on suing the 21-year-old mother for full custody of their three year old son Tripp. Levi Johnston tells ABC News that he was "disgusted" by his son's behavior as depicted on the reality-TV show, owing the fact to Bristol's poor parenting skills.

In an episode of her reality-TV show, Briston Palin: Life's a Tripp that aired recently, Tripp was seen calling his aunt a certain curse word, which was beeped out, the word was taken to be the derogatory F- word directed to gay people. Following the episode, Bristol immediately released a statement saying "Let me be clear. I'm not proud of what he did say. Sadly, he used a different 'F-word,'...Tripp is always surrounded by adults - around the campfires with cousins and their friends, at the shop with my dad and his snow-machine buddies. He's apparently picked up some language that I'd prefer he not use," as reported by the New York Daily.

But her clarification that the profanity was the F**k word and not the derogatory gay slur did nothing to appease the child's father, who told the New York Daily that it reflected her "no real parenting." The 22-year-old Johnston told TMZ, "I love my son more than anything ... and I will do whatever it takes to make sure he is raised the right way...I want full or half custody of Tripp. His room is already set up in my house and just waiting for him," as reported on the celebrity entertainment show on Fox News.

According to reports Johnston is prepared to file for custody in an Alaska court any day now. Currently, Johnston only has visiting rights, while Bristol enjoys full custody of their son.

Bristol's lawyers did not comment on the potential custody battle.

Bristol Palin rose to fame because of her mother Sarah Palin, former governor of Alaska, who ran on the 2008 presidential election ticket with Republican presidential candidate John McCain. Bristol made headlines at the time due to her teen-pregnancy. Bristol was 17 and unmarried.
